24.06.2014Plans Approved for St Teresa’s Gardens
The regeneration of St Teresa’s Gardens continues apace with the passing of its part VIII proposal by Dublin City Council. The project will involve the construction of a mixture of new houses and apartments along with refurbishment works to existing blocks. Complementing this will be a new urban park equipped with facilities for play and recreation. Construction is expected to begin in 2015. (more…)

One of our current projects here at Dublin City Architects is the administration of the Built Heritage Jobs Leverage Scheme. This scheme aims to assist the conservation of historic buildings and structures by providing both part funding and the expertise of local authorities.
