The Department of Culture, Housing and the Gaeltacht has published a discussion document, Places for People,  https://www.chg.gov.ie/app/uploads/2019/12/npa-consultation-report_english_web-december-2019.pdf as part of a public consultation process on a proposed new National Policy on Architecture.
