Dublin City Council has launched a competition to procure architect led integrated design teams to work on a broad range of projects. Potential commissions include feasibility studies, masterplanning, area regeneration, housing & civic projects, retro-fit & refurbishment, conservation, small works and public realm & precinct improvement works.
Design Team frameworks will be created under two Lots: projects with an estimated construction value of less than €15m (Lot 1), and projects in excess of €15m (Lot 2).
